Idiotropa

Idiotropa it’s a family company that produces, packages and distributes throughout Greece, in Kokkinogia Drama. We are dealing with the drying and processing of fruits and vegetables, which we supply from producers in our region and the rest of Greece.

The philosophy and purpose of our business is the production of products with a special, perhaps idiotropi taste. Our goal is to meet the needs of even the most demanding palates.

Drying is the least invasive and oldest way of preserving a product. It is a demanding and time consuming process with the aim of producing an excellent product that has retained its organoleptic characteristics and nutrients.

Our production is certified with management and food safety ISO 22000-2018.
